Maria Sanchez Mr. Haberstroh ENG 102 20 November 2016 Sleep Importance Sleep is essential on a daily basis. It allows the body to rest and replenish itself for the next day. These days, lack of sleep is a result of people not taking sleep seriously or having a lightly thought about sleep. Our sleep habits directly affect our life on a daily basis and it has an important role throughout our whole life. Not having the right amount of sleep every night can affect our mental and physical health. Having a better knowledge about what causes sleep problems can help us understand this issue more to depth. Lack of sleep can affect all kinds of audiences and bring health consequences to someoneââ¬â¢s life, yet having the right amount of sleep can be very beneficial for someoneââ¬â¢s health by improving lifestyle. Sleep is essential for all kinds of audiences. Being sleep deprived has a different effect in every individual. Sleep plays an important role in maintaining weight, losing weight and gaining weight. It helps control diet, fat cells, and cravings. S leep helps control diet, making it easier for people to eat healthier. People who have enough amount of sleep at night are less likely to feel hungrier, feel satisfied after meals, and have the energy to exercise (Shape Magazine).
